Visa Information

VISA INVITATION LETTER

International registrants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance. All visa inquiries should be directed to the local USA consulate. Please send your request for a letter in support of a visa application to the HPCA Student Travel Grant Chair, Professor Sudeep Pasricha (sudeep at colostate dot edu). Your request should include your name, mailing address, and e-mail, and authors of papers should include the title of their accepted submission. Please register for the conference prior to requesting a support letter and include a copy of the registration confirmation in your request, since HPCA 2019 can only issue letters for confirmed registrants.
